Proposed Single House Addition
(Outbuilding) at 4 Trumpeter Parade, Yanchep (DA2022/1119)
The application proposes an outbuilding which is 9m
in length, with a 500mm setback from the adjoining boundary (south eastern
boundary). The outbuilding is proposed to have a wall height of 2.4m and a
maximum roof height of 2.98m.
Due to the setback, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
- Amenity;
- Building bulk;
- Sunlight and ventilation;
- Overlooking;
- Effective use of space;
- Views of significance;
- Appropriateness to the locality; and
- Respect for the natural ground levels of the site.
