·         Operating times are between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday;

·         3 on-site parking bays provided with additional parking available at the public on street bays on Bellefontaine Street;

·         The business is limited to a 50sqm area at any one time;

·         Typically 3 customers on site at once, but up to 5 at any one time;

·         Limited to one booking at any one time;

·         The home business is to operate in accordance with an approved management plan; and

·         There are no external modifications to the existing building proposed.
