The City of Wanneroo is in the process of updating its local laws. It is intended to make a new Extractive Industries Repeal Local Law 2022.
The purpose is to repeal the City of Wanneroo Extractive Industries Local Law 1998 made obsolete by new legislation or considered no longer relevant within the City of Wanneroo.
The effect is to repeal an obsolete or outdated local law within the City of Wanneroo.
