The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 9 December 2022.

The application proposes a change of use within a portion of the subject lot to an Industry – Primary Production business at 250 Carabooda Road, Carabooda.  This will involve the repairs and servicing to a range of agricultural and horticultural vehicles including tractors, light vehicles and agricultural equipment.

The business is to operate Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm and employs 3 staff members. With the business to receive a maximum of 3 deliveries per day, of the abovementioned vehicles, light vehicles and agricultural equipment.
