The above-mentioned development
application is currently being advertised for public comment until 14 November
2022.
The application proposes
retaining walls within the front setback. The proposed retaining walls range in
height from 0.35 metres to 1.3 metres, with a proposed top of wall (TOW) height
of 11.335.
Due to the height of the
retaining wall, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard
to the following Design Principles:

- Amenity;
- Appropriateness to the locality;
and
- Respect for the natural
ground levels of the site.
