The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 28 November 2022

 

The application proposes a Single House at the abovementioned property. The City is seeking comments in regards to:

 

• The proposed retaining wall; and
• The location and design of the Guest bedroom and Bedroom 3 windows 

Due to the height of the retaining wall and potential for overlooking, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:

 

• Building bulk;
• Sunlight and ventilation;
• Overlooking;
• Amenity;
• Views of significance;
• Appropriateness to the locality; and
• Respect for the natural ground levels of the site
