The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 30 November 2022

The application proposes a change of use to Short Term Accommodation. The details of the application are as follows:

• A maximum of 6 guests allowed to stay on the property at any given time; 
• The proposed use will occupy the entirety of the site;
• A total of 3 parking bays will be contained on site;
• Check-in time is between 2pm and 8pm, and check-out is at 10am;
• Guests must stay a minimum of two nights;
• A management plan has been provided by the applicant, which will be available to view online, outlining how the use will be managed and run.
