The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 23 December 2022.

The application proposes overlooking from the balcony to the rear of the proposed dwelling, including 0.76m² into the rear of the adjoining property.

Due to the overlooking, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
