The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 9 January 2023.
The application proposes a single house at 68 Portofino Promenade Mindarie. The applicant is proposing a boundary wall of 23.9m in length to the ground floor and a total of 17.78m in length to the upper floor, with a total wall height of 6m. As per the Agreed Structure Plan 79, dwellings are permitted to have no maximum length to the ground floor, and a maximum length of 12m to the upper floor.
