Proposed Telecommunications Infrastructure at Lot 143 (300) Joseph Banks Boulevard, Banksia Grove (DA2022/1355)

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 10 February 2023.

The proposed development is located at Lot 143 (300) Joseph Banks Boulevard, Banksia Grove and incorporates the following:

• A 30-metre high monopole – located adjacent to Joondalup Drive, and just south of the roundabout intersection with Joseph Banks Boulevard;
• A circular headframe mounted at the top of the monopole, accommodating nine panel antennas providing both 4G and 5G services to the area;
• A new six-bay equipment cabinet adjacent to the monopole; and
• Bollards in the existing carpark to prevent vehicle impacts.
