The abovementioned
development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 10
February 2023.

application is seeking approval for a single house addition (shed) the details
of which include:
- A maximum wall height of 4.9m;
- A maximum ridge height of 5m;
- A rear setback of 9.5m; and
- A collective area of 103.8sqm – including an existing metal shed.
