Proposed Single House Additions (Retaining Wall, Outbuilding & Extension) at 61 Yanchep Beach Road, Yanchep (DA2022/1528)

 

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 24 February 2023.

 

The application proposes retaining walls, an extension to the existing dwelling and an outbuilding, with the following details below:


  • The retaining walls are proposed to run along the entire western and southern boundaries and part of the eastern boundary, with varying heights, up to 2.3m at its highest point;
  • The retaining wall is proposed to be terraced towards the south-western corner, with a 0.7m difference in the levels;
  • The outbuilding is proposed towards the rear of the property, with a 0.5m setback to the southern boundary; and
  • The outbuilding is 15.3m x 6.9m, with a wall height of 3.6m, and a maximum roof height of 4.5m.
