The abovementioned
development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 22
February 2023.
The application proposes a piano tutoring home
business at the abovementioned address and details of the proposal include the
following:
- Maximum of 6 students per day;
- A maximum of 1 student at any one given time;
- Business hours will operate from 9:00am to 6:00pm from Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday; and
- Utilising the existing driveway for customer parking.
