Proposed Single House Addition (Patio) at 59 Lithgow Drive, Clarkson (DA2023/14)

 

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 6 March 2023.

 

The application proposes a skillion roof patio in the south eastern corner of the subject site. The patio is of dimension 5 metres by 5 metres and is a maximum of 2.4 metres in height. No alteration of ground levels is proposed as part of the application. The patio incorporates 4 brick piers of dimension 290mm by 290 mm. The patio and the associated piers are setback 0.05 metres from the southern and eastern dividing fences or approximately 0.2 metres from the subject sites southern and eastern lot boundaries.
