Amendment No. 8 to the East Wanneroo Cell 9 Agreed Structure Plan No. 57 (Lots 154 & 155 Alexander Drive, Landsdale)
Public comment is invited on the abovementioned amendment which proposes to modify the statutory section of the structure plan by amending Clause 12.3.6 and introducing a new Clause 12.3.7, and to rezone the remaining portions of Lots 154 and 155 Alexander Drive from Residential Precinct to Commercial Zone and to include Lots 154 and 155 in the Residential Coding Plan.
