The abovementioned
development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 10
March 2023.
The application proposes retaining walls within the
front setback to facilitate fill to allow for a flat front street setback area.
The proposed retaining wall includes a portion of the wall, with a height
ranging from 0.57m to 1.5m, with a nil setback to the adjoining lot boundary.
Due to the
retaining wall height and all fill proposed, you are invited to provide comment
on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:

- Sunlight and ventilation;
- Overlooking;
- Effective use of space; and
- Amenity
