The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised
for public comment until 13 April 2023.
The application proposes a change of use to Holiday
Home. The details of the application are as follows:
- A maximum of 6 guests allowed to stay on the property at any given time;
- There are no pets permitted on site;
- The proposed use will occupy the entirety of the site;
- A total of 4 car bays will be contained on site;
- Check in time is after 3pm and check out time is 9am;
- Guests must stay for a minimum of three nights;
- No guests under 23 years are permitted to stay at the property without parental guidance; and
- A management plan has been provided by the applicant outlining how the use will be managed and run.
