Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding)
at 8 Danja Rise, Hocking (DA2023/218)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 1 May 2023.
The application proposes to remove
the existing outbuilding located at the south-eastern corner of 8 Danja Rise,
facing Eradu Ramble and build a new outbuilding in the same location.
Details of
the proposed outbuilding are as follows:
- To be located at the south-eastern corner of the site;
- Wall height of 3.8m;
- Ridge height of 4.7m from street level;
- Length of 8m with a 0.6m setback from eastern boundary; and
- Width of 9.5m with a setback of 1.5m from Eradu Ramble

- Amenity; and
- Appropriateness to the locality.
