Proposed Local Development Plan No. 24 - Eglinton Village Neighbourhood Centre
Public comment is invited on the abovementioned Local Development Plan (LDP) No. 24.
This LDP proposal generally proposes development standards for the future neighbourhood centre, including (but not limited to) building façade heights, glazing, entries, pedestrian and vehicle access, and interface to the public open space and street. In addition, the LDP proposes to increase the retail floor space outlined in Agreed Structure Plan No. 82 Eglinton from 2,051m2 to 3,250m2.
