Proposed Change of Use to Holiday House (Short Term Accommodation) at 38 Minjah Circuit, Carramar (DA2023/395)

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 16 May 2023.

The application proposes a Holiday House at 38 Minjah Circuit, Carramar and details of the application include the following:

• Maximum of 8 guests at any one time;
• A total of 4 cars will be contained onsite (in the double garage and double open driveway);
• Use of the outdoor area limited to between 7.00am and 10.00pm on any day to mitigate potential late night noise disturbances to adjacent neighbours;
• Anti-social behaviour and parties is strictly prohibited;
• A Code of Conduct will be left on the premises at all times and to be complied with by the guests;  
• Minimum stay of 2 nights is required; and
• A professional short-term accommodation management company, Let Go Pty Ltd, has been engaged to manage all aspects of the accommodation - including bookings, property management and guest behaviour.

In addition, a Management Plan has been provided to the City which addresses matters such as booking process, house rules/guest conduct, property management and complaint handling.
