Proposed Change of Use to Tavern at Units 2 & 3, 28 Anchorage Drive (DA2023/246)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 16 May 2023.
The application proposes the following:
- A maximum of 250 patrons at any one given time;
- A maximum of 7 staff at any one given time; and
- Operational hours - Monday to Sunday - 10am until Midnight.
