Proposed Telecommunications Facility at 144 St Andrews Drive, Yanchep (Yanchep Sun City Golf Course) - (DA2023/368)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 9 June 2023.
The application proposes a Telecommunications Facility at 144 St Andrews Drive, Yanchep. The proposal incorporates the following:
- A monopole telecommunications facility located in the northeast corner of the site, setback 6.5m from the boundary. The nearest residential property is located approximately 137m to the west of the proposed location;
- A 33.8m high monopole tower including thirteen (13) panel antennas;
- A 12m x 8m fenced compound to the base of the tower and an equipment cabinet; and
- Installation of cabling and ancillary equipment including twenty-one (21) radio remote units near the antennas, a group meter panel at the base of the pole, underground cabling and above-ground cable trays.
