Proposed Single House Addition (Pool and Deck) at 46 Gosford Meander, Ashby (DA2023/348)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 2 June 2023.
The application proposes a raised deck and pool at the south-eastern corner of 46 Gosford Meander, Ashby.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- The deck will be raised 0.5m above natural ground level;
- The length of the deck will be 5.3m along southern boundary and 3.7m along eastern boundary;
- The deck will be further elevated by 1.29m above natural ground level for a length of 1.8m along eastern boundary; and
- A screen with a height of 0.6m is proposed on top of existing dividing fence for a length of 7.4m along southern boundary to restrict view from proposed raised deck.
