The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 7 June 2023.
The application proposes a Change of Use to a Holiday Home at 13 Bearing Way, Alkimos.
Detail of the proposal are as follows:
- A maximum of 7 guests allowed to stay at the property at any given time;
- There are no pets permitted on site;
- The proposed use will occupy the entirety of the site;
- Check in time is after 2pm and check out time is 10am;
- No groups of under 25’s and an adult must be on site when minors are present; and
- A management plan has been provided by the applicant, which will be available to view online, outlining how the use will be managed and run.
