Amendment No. 11 to the Capricorn Coastal Village Structure Plan No. 44 (Yanchep)
Public comment is invited on the abovementioned amendment which proposes to modify the current structure plan by rezoning the area zoned as Centre to Residential and Commercial, and including the area currently notated as ‘Future ASP’ in the structure plan area, zoning it Residential and Mixed Use. The amendment also proposes the reallocation of residential densities, modifications to the road network, and the provision of additional areas of Public Open Space.
