The abovementioned development
application is currently being advertised for public comment until 17 August
2023.
The application seeks
retrospective approval for a patio and shed at 4 Leigh Court, Marangaroo.
Details of the proposals are as
follows:
Patio
The existing patio has a nil
setback to the western boundary but is proposed to be modified in accordance
with the following specifications.
- Length – 16.43m;
- Height – 2.23m; and
- Setback – 0.5m to western boundary and 0.58m to northern boundary.
Shed
- Length – 4.65m;
- Height – 2.17m; and
- Setback - 0.37m to the northern boundary.
Due to the reduced setback, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
