Local Planning Scheme Amendment Available for Inspection
City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 210
Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Wanneroo has initiated the above-mentioned local planning scheme amendment for the purpose of placing zoning, retail floorspace and residential density planning controls into District Planning Scheme No. 2 (DPS 2), for a portion of the Clarkson locality currently affected by the City’s existing Clarkson (Lot 16 Connolly Drive) Agreed Local Structure Plan No. 33 (ASP 33).
The controls to be placed into DPS 2 through Amendment No. 210 are generally those currently provided in ASP 33; however, with some differences.
Following the approval of Amendment No. 210, the City is expecting that the Western Australian Planning Commission will revoke ASP 33.
