Proposed Change of Use (Holiday House) at 18 Hazel Avenue, Quinns Rocks (DA2023/1155)


The application proposes a change of use to Holiday House at 18 Hazel Avenue, Quinns Rocks.  


The details of the application are as follows:

  •  A maximum of 8 guests allowed to stay on the property at any given time;
  • The proposed use will occupy the entirety of the site;
  • A total of 4 car bays will be contained on site (2 bays within the garage and space for 2 vehicles in the driveway);
  • Check in time is between 3pm and 9:30pm via a lock box and check out time is between 8am and 10am;
  • Guests must stay a minimum of three nights; and
  • A management plan has been provided by the applicant, which will be available to view online, outlining how the use will be managed and run.
