The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 10 January 2024.

 

The application proposes a single house addition (patio) at 2 Tempany Way, Koondoola.

 

The application proposes a patio that is 19.5m long along the south-western lot boundary with 0.5m setback and 3.3m long along the north-western boundary with 0.5m setback. The patio has a wall height and ridge height of 2.4m and 3.3m respectively.
