Proposed Single House Addition (Carport & Patio) at 405 Kingsway, Landsdale (DA2023/1263)

 

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 22 January 2024.


The application proposes to replace an existing patio with a 29m2 patio in the same location. The proposed patio is 3.8m long along the northern boundary with 0.5m setback. This patio is 2.7m in wall height and 3.3m in ridge height with skillion roof.

 

Carport is located to the southeastern portion of the site. The carport is 11.3m long along the eastern lot boundary with 0.5m setback to the roof. The carport posts are to be placed on the lot boundary. The structure is 4.1m wide to the south and 3.5m wide to the back. Posts are 3.5m high with roof pitched at height of 4.2m.
