The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 24 January 2024.
The application proposes an outbuilding at the rear of the property in the north-eastern corner.
Details of the outbuilding are as follows:
- Length - 7.2 metres
- Wall Height - 2.4 metres
- Overall Ridge Height - 2.9 metres; and
- 0.5m setback from the eastern boundary
