Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding) at 30 Bibbulmun Entrance, Sinagra (DA2023/1395)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 25 January 2024.
The application proposes an outbuilding to the side of the property at 30 Bibbulmun Entrance, Sinagra.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- Length of outbuilding to the eastern boundary is 6.84 metres with a 0.1 metre setback;
- Length of outbuilding to the southern boundary (Kattamorda Pass) is 5.5 metres with a 0.7 metre setback; and
- Outbuilding incorporates a wall height of 2.8 metres and an overall height of 3.8 metres.
