Proposed Single House at 76 Ocean Drive, Quinns Rocks (DA2023/1333)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 5 February 2024.
The application proposes an undercroft garage to the front of the property with master bedroom, dining and balcony above the undercroft.
The proposed house remains single storey through to the rear of the lot.
There are steps proposed along the northern and southern lot boundaries to accommodate the levels from the undercroft to the ground floor at the back.
The height of the proposed wall to the front of the property is 7m and 9.3m to the roof pitch.
