The abovementioned development
application is currently being advertised for public comment until 7 February

The application proposes to
convert the ancillary accommodation to a holiday house (hosted) at 110 Bayport
Circuit, Mindarie.
The proposed holiday house is
suitable for up to two guests. The landowner will continue to reside in the
main dwelling.
The proposal will be assessed against the District Planning Scheme and the Planning for Tourism and Short-term Rental Accommodation Guidelines. You are invited to provide comment on the proposal.
