Patios) at 10 Midland Elbow, Mindarie (DA2023/1390)
The abovementioned development
application is currently being advertised for public comment until 26 January 2024.
The application proposes two patios,
one at the rear of the property and one at the side.
Details of the Patios are as follows:
- The first patio has a length of 9.5 metres and a height of 3.1 metres with a proposed setback of 0.5 metres from the eastern (rear) boundary; and
- The second patio has a length of 6.2 metres and a height of 3.1 metres with a proposed setback of 0.9 metres to the southern boundary.
Due to the design, you are invited
to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design
