Proposed Single House and Retaining Walls at 6 Smith Court, Yanchep (DA2023/1172)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 12 February 2024.
The application proposes a single storey house and retaining walls at 6 Smith Court, Yanchep.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- The single storey house is located to the eastern side of the site;
- The retaining walls are proposed to the rear of the site with nil setback to the eastern and southern lot boundaries and 0.5 m setback to the western lot boundary;
- The retaining wall to the east is 6m long and a maximum 0.8m high;
- The retaining wall to the south is 24.5m long and a maximum 1.1m high;
- The western side of the retaining wall is 4.5m long and a maximum of 0.7m high retaining.
