Information
As part of the 2024/25 Capital Works Program, the City of Wanneroo plans to upgrade the buildings at the Gumblossom Community Centre precinct. These include the Community Centre, Pavilion, and Activities building.
Upgrades are a result of outcomes from the 2018 Masterplan and the 2021 Masterplan review.
The upgrades will improve the existing amenities, increase accessibility and provide facilities that will benefit the local Quinns Rocks community and user groups.

Construction is anticipated for the 2024/25 and 2025/26 financial year.
