As part of the 2024/25 Capital Works Program, the City of Wanneroo plans to upgrade the changeroom building at Montrose Park, Girrawheen.
Upgrades are a result of outcomes from the 2016 Active Reserves Masterplan Report. Community engagement was carried out in 2019 to gather feedback from local user groups on their needs for the future to develop the concept plans for the building.
The upgrades will improve the existing amenities, increase accessibility and compliance, and provide facilities that will benefit the local community and users of the Montrose Park Tennis Courts.

Construction is anticipated to commence in the 2024/25 financial year.
