Proposed Single House Additions (Carport) - 6 Wales Court, Clarkson (DA2024/359)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 17 May 2024.
The application proposes a carport along North Western boundary. The proposed carport is 17.2m long and 3.2m wide with posts on boundary and roof cut back 0.5m from boundary. The posts are 2.4m high with 2.9m high skillion roof.
