Proposed Service Station, Motor Vehicle Wash & Fast Food Outlet at Lot 395 (1) Peony Boulevard, Yanchep (DA2024/414) 

 

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 31 May 2024.


The application proposes the development of the northwestern portion of 1 Peony Boulevard, as follows:


  • A service Station including provisions for both eight bowsers with provisions for future electric vehicle charging, and the associated control building (with an internal floor area of 282m2); 
  • A drive-through Fast Food Outlet which can accommodate seven vehicles within the drive-through queue lane;
  • Four car wash bays and one auto-wash bay;
  • Two dog wash bays;
  • Associated parking and signage;
  • Modification of the one way internal road, into a two way internal road with left-in, left-out to Marmion Avenue; and
  • The Service Station is intended to operate 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
