Local Planning Scheme Amendment Available for Inspection
City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 159 

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Wanneroo has prepared the above mentioned planning scheme  amendment for the purpose of rezoning Lot 354 (25) Capilano Avenue, Yanchep from Public Use to Urban Development.

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the amendment are available to view from the Document Library below and will be open for inspection during office hours up to and including 16 May 2017.
