Proposal to Lease portion of Lot 9740 (10) Brazier Road, Yanchep

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of the property as follows:

  • Lessee: Bernardo Alalid – Orion Café Pty Ltd (The Trustee of the Alalid Family Trust)
  • Property: 320m2 (approximate) portion of Lot 9740 (10) Brazier Road, Yanchep
  • Term: One (1) year commencing 9 May 2017 with an option for a further four additional one (1) year terms
  • Rental: $20,000 (plus GST) per annum pro-rata plus outgoings plus turnover rent at 1% above gross sales turnover of $590,000
  • Market  Valuation: $20,000 (plus GST) per annum
