Proposed Telecommunications Facility - 10 Enterprise Avenue, Two Rocks

The City has received an application for Approval to Commence Development for the above proposal, which is being advertised for public comment commencing 12 July 2017 and will conclude on
1 August 2017. The application proposes the following:

  •  Removal of the existing telecommunications infrastructure which is approximately 17.3m tall, and replacing it with new telecommunications infrastructure which has a height of 19.6m, including a 17.1m guyed pole and associated antennas.
  • The location of the facility will not change, and is currently on the roof of a 9m high commercial tenancy. The overall height of the infrastructure will be 28.6m above natural ground level.
  • The infrastructure will include a guyed pole on supporting steelwork plus a new headframe mount.
  • The new telecommunications infrastructure will allow for the co-location of telecommunications infrastructure, as two telecommunication providers will use the same facility.
