Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of this property as follows:
Lessee: Shack Holdings Pty Ltd
Property: 184m2 (approximate) portion of Lot 502 (99L) Jindalee Boulevard, Jindalee
Term: Five (5) years commencing on 17 December 2017
Rent: $27,500 (plus GST) per annum plus outgoings and annual CPI review
Market Valuation: $27,500 (plus GST) per annum plus outgoings
