Amendment No. 2 to the Capricorn Neighbourhood Centre Structure Plan

Public comment is invited on the abovementioned amendment which proposes to modify the Capricorn Neighbourhood Centre Structure Plan boundary by removing a portion of Lot 9014 Capricorn Esplanade, Yanchep from the structure plan area.

Amendment No. 10 to the Capricorn Coastal Village Structure Plan

Public comment is also invited on the abovementioned amendment which proposes to include the subject site removed from the Capricorn Neighbourhood Centre Structure Plan (a portion of Lot 9014 Capricorn Esplanade, Yanchep) and rezone this site from Centre R40 and R60 to Residential R25 – R40 under the Capricorn Coastal Village Structure Plan.

The street layout is also removed from the structure plan map, including references to laneways and the location of street parking.

Amendment No. 10 also proposes to consolidate Plan 1 – Zoning, Plan 2 – Density and Plan 3 – Structure Plan, into one structure plan map.
