Local Planning Scheme Amendment Available for Inspection
City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 136 

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Wanneroo has prepared the above mentioned planning scheme  amendment for the purpose of zoning and coding Lot 800 (30) Crabtree Street, Alexander Heights as 'Residential, R40' in order to facilitate the development of medium density residential development.

If Amendment No. 136 is approved, the subject land would be capable of accommodating approximately 18 dwellings (houses) or 33 multiple dwellings (apartments).
