Public comment is invited on the following proposal:
As part of
the Development Approval for the Coles Shopping Centre at 1001 Joondalup Drive,
Banksia Grove, conditions were imposed requiring the intersections between the
Coles site and Pinjar Road and Joondalup Drive to be converted to Left-In,
Left-Out only, once Jewel Way and Ghost Gum Boulevard were fully constructed.
applicant has provided a traffic report, which has demonstrated that these
intersections can remain as they are, and the applicant is therefore proposing
to delete the above conditions from their Development Approval.
