Proposed Amendment No. 7 to the Wanneroo Town Centre Structure Plan No. 23 (ASP 23) - Lot 555 (23) Dundebar Road, Wanneroo
Public comment is invited on the abovementioned amendment which proposes to:
the land use classification for Lot 555 (23) Dundebar Road, Wanneroo (Wanneroo
Civic Centre site), from ‘Civic and Cultural’ to ‘Business’; and
- Modify Section 6.1(b) of the structure plan text
affecting the ASP 23 ‘Wanneroo Square Precinct’; to add ‘Civic Building’ to the
list of discretionary (or “D”) uses for land with a Business land use
