Draft Amended Local Planning Policy 5.3: East Wanneroo

Council invites public comment on the Draft Amended Local Planning Policy 5.3: East Wanneroo.

The purpose of the proposed amendment to LPP 5.3 is to take account of changes that have occurred since the Policy was first prepared (e.g. the current preparation of an East Wanneroo District Structure Plan by the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage).

It also proposes criteria for possible support of planning proposals that may otherwise be considered premature.
