Public comment is invited on the abovementioned amendment which proposes to recode the eastern portion of Lot 19 (No. 20) Clarkson Avenue, Tapping from Residential R40 to Residential R60. Assuming 80m2 units are developed, the potential dwelling yield will increase by 24 units on the subject site.
